Job summary

Hughes Exterminators, Inc. seeks a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. This hourly position rewards experience with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to work a 40-hour (minimum) workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external customers.
• Schedule service visits and process payments.
• Update customer records and manage files.
• Proactively reach out to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are current.
• Collaborate with team to meet monthly service center goals.
