Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to our Service Center customers. The role offers hourly pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package as part of a family-oriented company culture.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with scheduling, payments, and updating records while working to ensure smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• Able to work a 40-hour workweek with potential overtime.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for internal and external customers.
• Assist in scheduling services, processing payments, and updating customer files.
• Connect with customers via outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are current.
