Job summary

Arrow Exterminators is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide uncompromised service support and administration to internal and external Service Center customers. The role is hourly based on experience.

The successful candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with scheduling services, process payments, update customer files, and maintain accurate records, all while delivering a positive customer experience in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Present a professional appearance.
• Able to commit to a 40-hour workweek.
• Willing to work minimal overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist internal and external customers.
• Schedule services and process payments; update customer files.
• Maintain accurate customer records and provide excellent service.
• Engage in outbound calls to ensure technicians are scheduled and accounts are paid.
• Work in a team-driven environment to meet monthly service center goals.
