XACT in Orlando, FL is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to help our clients' customers with product selection, order questions, and issue resolution from our secure Orlando office. You will provide empathetic, effective support and strive to delight customers daily.

You will use active listening and problem-solving to resolve issues, meet performance metrics, and contribute to company growth, with opportunities for upselling and cross-selling where appropriate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college coursework is a plus.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, customer-focused attitude.
• Typing at least 40 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat with product questions and orders.
• Understand customer needs and recommend solutions that exceed expectations.
• Communicate with other departments to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell.
• Keep up with company updates to guide customers.
