You will be a key link between customers, operations, transportation, inventory, and internal support teams to ensure accurate order processing and timely issue resolution.

• 2+ years in customer service, call center, logistics, or distribution support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience handling phone and email interactions.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Manufacturing, distribution, logistics, or supply chain experience.

Responsabilidades

• Manage inbound and outbound customer communication via phone, email, and chat platforms.
• Process customer orders, order updates, enter orders, delivery inquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate with distribution center personnel to provide shipment status, inventory availability, lead times, and delivery updates.
• Monitor customer orders from entry through fulfillment and delivery completion.
• Resolve customer concerns and elevate complex issues as appropriate.
