You will assist in day-to-day operations, route calls, and update customer records while maintaining service quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 1 year experience in customer service or a customer-facing environment.
• Experience using computers and related systems in an administrative office environment.
• Ability to multitask and stay efficient in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer-service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Able to communicate with coworkers and customers in a professional, customer-focused manner.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls and assist or route to the appropriate person.
• Handle and resolve questions, complaints, and billing inquiries by phone, email, or chat.
• Update customer records and dispositions in call monitoring software.
• Assist with scheduling, dispatch, and coordinating service calls with the team.
• Maintain knowledge of products/services and company promotions to support customers.
