Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required
• Over six months up to one year of similar or related work experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide prompt, friendly service
• Weigh mail, process certified/express/UPS/registered/insured mail
• Process Western Union orders and faxes
• Sell money orders and checks
• Assist customers with licenses and dry cleaning where applicable
• Answer phones and maintain a clean work area
• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction
