Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC in Twinsburg, OH is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and customer support. You will be cross-trained to cover the cash register and front-end duties as needed.

Responsibilities include receiving merchandise, stocking, maintaining clean areas including restrooms, and ensuring a safe, friendly environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents required.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High integrity level required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintaining store cleanliness, including bathrooms, floors, and trash.
• Providing a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Managing sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintaining cash security and protecting company assets.
• Other duties as assigned.
