As a Customer Service Specialist II you will help ensure today is safe and tomorrow is smarter. Our work depends on you providing support via telephone and/or Internet to resolve routine issues and respond to customer inquiries. You will be answering inbound phone calls from Medicaid Providers for billing or enrollment. These calls are not scripted; there is knowledge to be learned to understand and help the providers with their Medicaid claims.
