Aon is seeking a Customer Service Specialist II to join our Fort Washington, PA hybrid team. You will handle inbound calls and emails, support a healthcare model office, and assist with endorsements, certificates, and payments while delivering excellent service to insureds.

This is a hybrid position, working out of our Fort Washington, PA office twice a week.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $53,500 to $58,500 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
