InterMetro Industries Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Rep I (CSR I) for our Corporate HQ located in Wilkes-Barre, PA. The CSR I provides consistent, exceptional support of daily activities with customers, sales representatives, internal customers and department members in maintaining proper level of service.

Qualificações

• Timely support handling customer inquiries, orders and routine problem situations.
• Coordinate activity with CSR II’s and CS Supervisors as needed.
• Knowledge of order processing incl. contact and billing details, pricing and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Provide timely support regarding customer inquiries, orders and problem situations of a routine nature.
• Coordinate involvement with CSR II’s and CS Supervisors as required.
• Review and process incoming orders accurately, including confirming contact and billing information, pricing and promotions.
• Support CSR II’s with daily activity flow to promote prompt customer response.
• Manage customer portals both internal and external.
• Uphold the Code of Business Ethics and report violations as needed.
