Job summary

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer or POS system.
• 6 months experience with common retail technology devices.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and document transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately for timely fulfillment.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service quality.
• Prepare department merchandise as needed (e.g., tint paint, cut materials).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
