Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience with computer systems and data entry is a must.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist walk-in customers with professionalism.
• Use the ADDS E3 system for account setup, maintenance, and updates.
• Perform data entry, inventory control, and posting/payments processing.
• Support accounts payable/receivable, price changes, and bank deposits.
• Develop product knowledge and stay informed on schedules and deliveries.
