The role requires a minimum of a high school diploma and prior customer service experience, with training provided to support orders, questions, and celebrations.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with customers on recognition questions and orders.
• Assist with product questions, invoices, order updates, and shipping information via phone, email, or in-person.
• Navigate computer and work order systems to support the celebration process.
• Cultivate relationships with customers to grow trust and facilitate celebration planning.
• Coordinate with team for walk-in customers, pick-up orders, and inquiries.
