Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, assist with product selection, and provide friendly service across multiple departments. You will engage with customers, help locate items, and ensure their shopping needs are met while maintaining store standards and interacting with team members.

Responsibilities include stocking, processing orders, and potentially training in other areas.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to stand for long periods and perform duties as required
• Minimally lift 25 lbs unassisted or with help as needed

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional service
• Help customers locate and handle merchandise
• Stock shelves and replenish supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately and on time
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint, pipes, wood)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
