Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers, help them find the right products, and provide friendly, professional service across departments. You will assist with locating merchandise, processing orders, and ensuring customer needs are met throughout the day.

The role supports bilingual capability and may involve cross-training in other areas to enhance service quality. Part-time, in-store work with opportunities for growth and access to Lowe's benefits is offered.

Competenze

• 6 months experience using a computer
• 6 months experience using common retail technology (smartphones, tablets)
• Reading, writing and basic arithmetic
• Able to stand/sit for extended periods
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with assistance

Mansioni

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and deliver friendly, professional service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by replenishing shelves
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service
• Prepare department merchandise for customer needs (paint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
