Job summary

CarMax Hartford is seeking a Customer Operator to deliver outstanding service to guests in person and over the phone. You will support the Service Department by coordinating appointments, sharing information, and ensuring records are complete.

The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is expected, with a competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming service calls promptly and professionally, with a friendly tone.
• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors to ensure smooth experiences and accurate information sharing.
• Schedule service appointments and route calls with clear, helpful responses.
• Perform reminder calls for upcoming appointments and follow up on parts arrivals.
• Maintain accurate records, file repair orders daily, and audit sublet invoices per guidelines.
