Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to incoming service calls.
• Assist Service Consultants and Customer Advisors with interactions.
• Schedule service appointments and route inquiries.
• Deliver written messages to teams for follow-up.
• Coordinate repair scheduling and notify customers of parts arrivals.
• Audit sublet invoices, loaner logs, and dealer tags per guidelines.
• Follow EHS requirements and maintain a clean work area.
