Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with a client to hire a Customer Service Representative in Austin, TX onsite. You will handle a high volume of inbound calls and provide timely, professional support to customers.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in customer service or call center roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. This is a contract-to-hire, full-time position with benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills

• Reliable, punctual, and available to start quickly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to a high volume of incoming customer calls daily
