Muscle Foods USA, a Division of EURPAC SERVICE, INC., is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Dunmore, PA team. This full-time role handles order entry, returns, pricing inquiries, and cross-functional communication to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Order Entry and Finalizing
• Return authorizations for defective or wrong shipments
• Address pricing, availability, UPC codes, and case packs
• Communicate with manufacturers, exchange personnel, and sales reps to resolve issues
• Resolve order issues after processing and document communications
• Answer incoming calls or route to appropriate representatives
• Assist with special projects as needed
