Speedy Cash in Houston, TX seeks a Customer Service Representative to connect with customers, process transactions, and provide personalized financial services. The role emphasizes accuracy in POS transactions, strong communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, in-store environment.

You will receive hands-on training and coaching as part of our development program, with opportunities to advance across eleven brands. A full-time, in-person schedule is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficiency with phones, POS systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check as required by law.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the role.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services that fit their lifestyle.
• Enter and maintain customer information with precision in a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments.
• Occasionally perform on-site tasks and participate in store events.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Follow security procedures and vault/cash handling as needed.
• Uphold company policies and comply with laws and regulations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay current on product changes.
• Work a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends (at least 40 hours/week).
