Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.
• CSR may periodically participate in company sponsored training classes related to his/her job.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Cross-train to perform all retail and food service duties to ensure operational flexibility and team support.
• Maintain safety by following policies and reporting hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, and accurate service; ensure customers feel respected and valued.
• Keep a clean and organized work area, store, and restrooms.
• Protect company assets and cash handling; follow policies.
• Verify age for restricted sales with proper ID when required.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing, and administrative requirements.
• Set a positive tone within the store and follow communication guidelines.
• Assist customers at self-checkout areas where applicable.
