This role requires attention to company policies and a customer-first mindset. You will be cross-trained across retail and food service tasks, ensuring operational flexibility and teamwork.

Qualifications

• The Customer Service Representative must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• The CSR may periodically participate in company sponsored training classes.
• Candidate must perform each essential duty satisfactorily and meet required knowledge, skills and abilities.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts in uniform with a clean appearance.
• Cross-train to perform all retail and food service responsibilities.
• Maintain store safety, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service to customers.
• Keep work area organized and sales floor clean at all times.
• Protect company assets including cash and inventory and follow cash handling policies.
• Comply with age-restricted sale regulations and verify IDs.
• Assist with merchandising, pricing and administrative requirements.
