Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret financial reports and legal documents.
• Mathematical skills: fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions.
• Reasoning ability: solve practical problems and deal with varied situations.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• Be cross-trained and proficient in performing all CSR responsibilities to ensure flexibility and team support.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service; ensure customers are respected and leave satisfied.
• Keep an organized work area, clean sales floor, and spotless restrooms at all times.
• Protect company assets, including cash handling and inventory.
• Adhere to age-restricted sale policies and verify with proper ID when required.
• Support merchandising, pricing, and administrative requirements set by the company.
• Follow communication guidelines within Store Operations.
