The Spinx Company is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for Deli 267 in Columbia, SC. You will work in a team, deliver fast, friendly service, and handle in-store transactions while upholding company policies and quality standards.

You will follow safety procedures, maintain food safety and sanitation, ensure product quality, and help create a welcoming store environment. This role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and reliability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• The CSR must be available to work a variety of shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
• May participate in company-sponsored training classes related to the job.
• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsibilities

• Report for scheduled shifts on time and in proper uniform with a clean, professional appearance.
• All teammates are cross-trained in retail and food service responsibilities to ensure flexibility.
• Provide fast, friendly and accurate service; ensure customers are respected and leave satisfied.
• Keep a clean, organized work area and a properly stocked sales floor and restrooms.
• Protect company assets, including cash and inventory, and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Comply with age-restricted sale policies and verify age with proper ID when required.
