The Spinx Company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced retail environment. You will handle customer transactions, maintain store standards, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere aligned with company values.

Responsibilities include safe handling of cash, assisting customers, and supporting team with varied duties. Previous experience in retail or food service is a plus, and the role requires flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends.

Formación

• Must be able to speak, read and write in English.
• Ability to perform basic math and percentages accurately.
• Ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Physical demands include standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lbs and exposure to kitchen conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Report for scheduled shifts on time with a clean, professional appearance.
• Be cross-trained to perform all CSR-related retail and food service duties.
• Maintain a safe work environment and report hazards to management.
• Provide fast, friendly, accurate service and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Ensure store cleanliness, properly filled and faced sales floor, and clean restrooms.
• Protect company cash and inventory; adhere to cash handling procedures.
