Job summary

eCapital is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our Lenexa, KS office. You will greet clients over the phone, provide expert guidance, resolve concerns, and help onboard new clients to our funding solutions.

The Opportunity:

eCapital is currently seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist to join our team in our Lenexa, KS office. The Customer Service Specialist reports to and takes direction from the Client Experience Supervisor.
