Job summary

eCapital Corp. in Lenexa, KS is seeking a Client Experience Specialist to greet clients, guide them through onboarding, and build lasting relationships.

You will troubleshoot issues, educate clients on services, and collaborate with other departments to resolve inquiries and ensure satisfaction. The role requires strong communication, a problem-solving mindset, and detail orientation, with MS Office/CRM experience (Salesforce a plus) and bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

The Opportunity

eCapital is currently seeking a Client Experience Specialist to join our team in our Lenexa, KS office. At eCapital, our employees are the base of our business, and dynamic employees enable us to service our clients in the most exceptional manner.

The Client Experience Specialist reports to and takes direction from the Client Experience Supervisor.

Responsibilities
