Equifax is looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! This individual will provide world-class customer support by handling telephone and written tickets regarding service support, access requests, account maintenance, and functionality issues.

Shift Details:

• 12am - 8:30am, Monday to Friday
• Training in Louisville, KY, for the first 5 weeks, Monday to Friday, 8am - 4:30pm
• Post-training, move to 3rd shift with remote work options

What You’ll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone or written communication empathetically and aligned with Equifax values
• Resolve customer concerns related to installation, operation, maintenance, or product compatibility
• Troubleshoot issues with malfunctioning hardware or software and recommend solutions
• Document customer interactions and recurring issues to support quality and product development

What Experience You Need

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of IT Help Desk, PC support, or related experience
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center

What Could Set You Apart

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Social Work, Communications, or related fields
• Experience documenting quality assurance processes
• Experience with PC configuration and installation
• Experience working in a call center environment
