Customer Service Specialist

About the Role

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Prague office within BU Health & Medical.

What You Will Do
  • Processing customer orders and ensuring they are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time in the relevant system according to defined processes and standards (order to billing).
  • Answering internal and customer inquiries regarding product availability, prices, delivery times, and order status, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
  • Communicating with staff from other departments such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution to confirm order statuses and resolve customer complaints.
  • Entering data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records, track order and delivery statuses, and generate sales reports and statistics.
  • Handling special and/or more complex customer inquiries.
  • Drafting sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements if required.
  • Performing calculations and analyses to compile and report statistics and provide recommendations.
Who You Are
  • Experience working with SAP.
  • University degree (or High School diploma) in Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Czech and English.
  • Customer and consumer-oriented mindset.
  • Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
  • Experience working in an international company is a plus.
