About the Role
We are currently seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team at our Prague office within BU Health & Medical.
What You Will Do
- Processing customer orders and ensuring they are dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time in the relevant system according to defined processes and standards (order to billing).
- Answering internal and customer inquiries regarding product availability, prices, delivery times, and order status, ensuring prompt and accurate responses.
- Communicating with staff from other departments such as production, warehouse, transport, or distribution to confirm order statuses and resolve customer complaints.
- Entering data into databases or other computerized systems to maintain up-to-date customer records, track order and delivery statuses, and generate sales reports and statistics.
- Handling special and/or more complex customer inquiries.
- Drafting sales documentation, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements if required.
- Performing calculations and analyses to compile and report statistics and provide recommendations.
Who You Are
- Experience working with SAP.
- University degree (or High School diploma) in Economics, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in Czech and English.
- Customer and consumer-oriented mindset.
- Previous experience in Customer Service is a plus.
- Experience working in an international company is a plus.
