We are looking for a candidate to fulfil Internal Sales to lead & setup sales & customer services for Apollo Aerospace Components Group located in UK (Brierley Hills, DY51UU), Spain (Sevilla), France ( Mazeres ) or remote based.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Internal Sales:
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads, schedule meetings and presentations with prospects
- Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects
- Meet and/or exceed quotas, taking part in bids for Apollo Group Customers
- Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the sales effort
- Checking stocks, contact with suppliers, liaising with European/US factories for sales matters
- Search for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximize client potential in designated regions Poland/Europe/Asia
- Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins, and customer satisfaction
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and customers
- Preparing business strategies, planning, sales services, presentations, customer visits
- Create, plan, and deliver presentations on company products
- Being responsible for public relations, company branding in Poland and abroad
- Writing regular progress reports and presenting them to management and customers
Customer Services:
- Customer service - receiving, confirming orders, providing information, accepting complaints, maintaining a good relationship with the customer.
- Entering orders into the system and modifying them with prior approval of the customer or Key Account Manager.
- Checking the customer's order books according to their needs, comparing them with ours, analyzing and sending back full feedback to the customer in a timely manner.
- Inventory control to ensure continuity of supply and support the purchasing department.
- If necessary, perform transfers to move inventory between different company locations.
- Checking reports, creating and analyzing them, and submitting necessary information to superiors and other employees of the workplace.
- Daily liaison with branches in the United States and, if necessary, with branches in Poland, the United Kingdom and India.
- Daily morning briefings - presenting his/her duties and goals for the day and updating them in writing with the completion of the day's work.
- Signaling to superiors and co-workers about any potential problems affecting failure at any of the stages from receipt of the request for quotation, to delivery at the customer's site at the designated place and time.
- Preparing shipping documents and supporting the warehouse.
- Monitoring the progress of the order from receipt to delivery at the customer's site.
- Compiling and filing documents at designated locations.
- Monitoring customer portals and on-time delivery.
- Checking and updating ODD (Original Due Date) dates on the Supplier Portal on an ongoing basis. Contacting the customer for changes in ODD dates.
- Reliably and efficiently carry out work assigned by superiors within the set deadlines.
- Actively participate in meetings assigned by superiors as well as colleagues.
- To co-create and actively update the company's dispatch calendar with other co-workers on a monthly basis.
- If new people are hired for the customer service department, train them according to the top-down plan.
- Contacting the IT department to resolve problems.
- Operation of Ms Office, Teams, Outlook applications.
- Pricing by calculating margins of parts existing in the company's inventory or searching for other resources available in the market.
Requirements:
- Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel,
- Experience in sales or in Key Account Managements, experience in aerospace is a plus
- Good communication skills with clients
- Being very well organized, flexible, open minded, enthusiastic
- Good team player but also with ability to work independently and to solve client problems
