What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries while maintaining a distraction-free work environment
- Assist customers with their orders, accounts, and problem-solving needs, personalizing the experience for each caller
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data during customer interactions
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and collaborate with team members
- Participate in a structured, six-week paid training program to prepare for the role
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while managing a high-paced call volume
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Capability to sit for long periods and maintain focus in a virtual environment
- Proficiency in navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Compliance with Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
