Job summary

Appliance Factory in Colorado is seeking motivated retail professionals to join our team and grow with a leading appliance dealer across the Colorado and Midwest market.

You will assist walk-in guests, work with manufacturer reps, coordinate with logistics, and earn performance-based bonuses with clear opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced showroom environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing retail environments preferred.
• Ability to learn product details and communicate them to customers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in guests with appliance and mattress replacement needs at best prices.
• Work with manufacturer reps for training opportunities and support.
• Collaborate with logistics and other teams to ensure excellent customer service.
• Earn bonuses for hitting goals and targets.
• Maintain showroom professionalism and present displays clearly.
• Execute local marketing initiatives to drive store traffic.

Training Pay Starts at $50K but earn $60K-75K in your 1st year! Most team members earn between 80K-120K after their first year

Key Responsibilities

• Assist walk-in guests with their appliance and mattress replacement needs (no cold-calling) at the guaranteed best prices!


• Work with manufacturer reps to foster training opportunities and customer support


• Work closely with logistics and other support teams to ensure the best customer service


• Earn bonuses for hitting goals!


• Help maintain the professionalism of our showroom and displays


• Execute local marketing initiatives

Schedule

• Weekends required, 2 days off during the week


• Most shifts are 9AM to 6PM, 11AM to 6PM on Sundays
