Customer Service Specialist - Work from Home

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders and accounts
- Personalize customer interactions while problem-solving and de-escalating unique situations
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction to drive sales
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and work remotely

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate situations while managing a high-paced call volume
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
- Capability to navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Must be able to sit for long periods of time
- Follow employer's computer system requirements and troubleshoot technical issues as needed
