Job summary

Ethos is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to support customers and outside sales reps, reviewing and entering orders to ensure accuracy and timely entry.

You will confirm order receipt, resolve discrepancies, and coordinate with sales and internal teams to meet customer needs, handling inquiries with accuracy and courtesy.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Proficient use of Office 365 and Microsoft Office products.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fast with interruptions and under time pressure.

Customer Service Specialist

We are currently hiring for a Customer Service Specialist position, in this role you’ll be an important part of the Customer Service team, assisting customers and outside sales representatives with many of their day-to-day activities, including Contract Review of all incoming sales orders and assisting customers to ensure their orders are accurate and can be entered.

Position Responsibilities:

• Confirm receipt of orders received via e-mail.
• Review and enter e-mail orders for accuracy and completeness based on both customer and company requirements.
• Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers any discrepancies or changes that need to be made on orders.
• Work and communicate with the outside sales team and other internal departments to conform to customer requirements.
• Enter customer concerns or complaints.
• Be an active member of the Operator ACD Phone line.
• Typing skills of at least 50 WPM with High Accuracy
• Proficient use of Office 365
• Good communication and critical thinking skills
• High degree of diligence
• Ability to work at a fast pace even with several interruptions, and some time pressure.
• Proficient use of Windows XP operating system and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
