Job summary

Meridian Behavioral Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to be the first point of contact for clients, providing a welcoming, supportive experience in person and by phone. You will help keep daily operations running smoothly while connecting individuals to care.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, scheduling, handling payments, and supporting program operations to ensure services are accessible and efficient.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree (preferred) with clerical/reception or billing experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED with 2+ years of office/clerical experience (including public interaction; healthcare preferred).
  • Bilingual skills a plus.
  • Ability to type 27 WPM and pass required assessments.

About the Role
