Valgroup, a leading plastics producer and recycler, is seeking a Customer Service Specialist in Findlay, Ohio. The role involves handling customer orders, communicating via phone and email, and working with cross-functional teams to understand products and services.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP experience is a plus.

Formación

• 2-year degree preferred, or equivalent experience in customer service.
• Experience in SAP is preferred.
