Job summary

Valgroup is hiring a Customer Service Specialist in Findlay, Ohio. In this role you will join our team to support customers and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring timely order processing and accurate communications.

You will learn our manufacturing cycles, products, and services, manage phone and email inquiries, and contribute to continuous improvement. A 2-year degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and SAP experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities required.
• Attention to detail, solution-focused, and critical thinking.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.

Responsibilities
