What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders and accounts
- Provide personalized customer experiences by addressing questions and offering additional products
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data during calls
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a structured work schedule
- Troubleshoot technical issues in partnership with IT when needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky
- Ability to problem-solve and de-escalate unique situations while managing a high-paced call volume
- Capability to learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule
- Excellent communication skills to interact with diverse customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in retail or e-commerce environments
- Familiarity with navigating multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Previous experience working in a remote or virtual setting
