What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries and assist with orders and accounts
- Provide personalized assistance to customers while promoting additional products
- Confirm refunds, take payments, place orders, and analyze account data
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor and maintain a set work schedule
- Troubleshoot technical problems in partnership with IT when needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Ability to problem solve and de-escalate unique situations while managing a high-paced call volume
- Must be able to communicate effectively with various customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and additional hours
- Must have a self-provided computer or laptop with a Microsoft Windows operating system, Windows 10 or newer
- Ability to sit for long periods and follow Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements

- Experience in a customer service role, particularly in retail or e-commerce
- Familiarity with navigating multiple systems and screens during customer interactions
