Responsible for managing the onboarding experience for newly approved customers by conducting welcome calls, assisting with account setup and activation, answering questions, and providing important information needed to successfully begin using their account.

Serves as a key point of contact during the customer's initial experience, helping customers understand next steps, addressing routine questions and concerns, and identifying potential issues that could impact account setup or activation. Researches customer needs, provides accurate information, and coordinates with internal business partners when additional assistance or escalation is required.

Independently manages a high-volume workload of 70+ outbound calls per day while maintaining established productivity, quality, and customer service expectations. The role requires strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while providing customers with a professional and positive onboarding experience.

This is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
