We're Hiring: Customer Service Order Manager

Pay Range: $28 to $32 per Hour

About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Order Manager to join our team in East Los Angeles. This role is essential to ensuring smooth order processing, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced food production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end customer order processing, from intake to delivery

Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution

Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely fulfillment

Monitor inventory levels and communicate availability to customers

Maintain accurate records of orders, returns, and adjustments

Analyze order trends and provide insights to improve service and efficiency

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards in all customer interactions

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or order management, preferably in the food industry
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
• Proficiency in order management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be able to work on-site in East Los Angeles
