Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer requests professionally and resolve issues within 24 hours.
• Accurately enter purchase orders into the ERP system within 24 hours of receipt.
• Ensure timely delivery of customer orders and escalate issues when necessary.
• Support sales team with customer insights and account setup coordination.
• Process customer returns within 48 hours to ensure timely credit issuance.
• Provide support across billing, orders, and troubleshooting.
• Compile and generate customer-related reports as needed.
