Horizon Commercial Pools is seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service Specialist to provide an exceptional experience for our customers. The role includes answering a high volume of calls, processing orders, and aiding will-call customers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in office-based customer service, strong Microsoft Office skills, and outstanding organizational and communication abilities. This is an on-site role in Minnesota.

Horizon is looking for a friendly, energetic, customer service focused Customer Service Specialist to provide our customers with an exceptional experience. Responsibilities will include answering a high volume of phones, taking & processing a high volume of orders, assisting will-call customers and other general office duties. The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for providing customers with exceptional experience.

Duties/Responsibilities:
