Job summary

Therma-Tron-X, Inc. (TTX®) is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to work with established customers, resolve issues on installed systems, and fulfill maintenance and spare parts orders. The role requires coordination with Engineering, quoting, warranty management, and accurate record-keeping.

You will use Encompix and other tools to process orders, gather drawings, and support the fabrication and billing processes, leveraging a strong mechanical background and multitasking ability.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to interpret drawings.
• Experience working with drawings in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with multitasking ability.
• Customer-focused with willingness to support sales.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Field calls from established customers and assist in resolving equipment problems and fulfilling spare parts orders.
• Prepare quotes and obtain pricing and delivery dates from vendors.
• Follow-up on quotes to customers.
• Enter customer orders in Encompix and generate pick tickets/shipping paperwork.
• Gather necessary drawings from Engineering for parts to be manufactured.
• Create and release shop orders and monitor fabrication of parts.
• Create and maintain customer files.
• Work with vendors to resolve warranty issues and outstanding credits.
• Develop spare parts list for customers with Purchasing and Engineering.
• Determine warranty coverage and related processes.
• Pull completed orders and route information to Accounting for billing.
• Gather cost information for service work and prepare invoices.
