Job summary

Liberty Latin America is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Saint Croix to assist customers face-to-face, by phone, email, chat and social media with Liberty services. You will represent the brand and foster positive relationships with customers and internal teams.

The role emphasizes problem solving, courteous communication, and achieving service and sales metrics across channels. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in customer service are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and comprehension abilities.
• Ability to work with the public and maintain confidentiality.
• Flexible schedule; may work day, evening, night, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone, email, chat, social media, and in person to resolve questions.
• Provide technical solutions and troubleshoot issues for Liberty services.
• Achieve sales metrics and perform light retention tasks.
• Schedule installations and repairs for field technicians.
• Maintain customer information and perform data entry.
• Upsell products as appropriate and escalate issues when needed.
