Job summary

Risus Talent Partners seeks a Customer Service Representative to support orders, quotes, and customer inquiries, serving as the liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure on-time, in-spec delivery of products and services.

CSR I handles entry-level tasks under guidance, CSR II independently manages a defined book of business with pricing accuracy, and CSR III leads complex accounts, coaches others, and drives revenue and retention in partnership with Sales and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Communications or related field or equivalent work experience preferred
• CSR I: 0–2 years; CSR II: 2–5 years; CSR III: 5+ years (or equivalent experience managing complex accounts/escalations)
• Experience in manufacturing, distribution, packaging, or a related B2B environment preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook

Responsibilities

• Enter and confirm customer orders accurately on the day received, following standard procedures
• Generate basic/standard quotes within 24–48 hours with guidance as needed
• Respond to customer calls and emails promptly; route non-routine requests to the appropriate resource
• Maintain customer records and update the digital filing system daily
• Learn and follow pricing, specification, and inventory processes; elevate exceptions and margin concerns
• Use phone/email etiquette standards; answer phones by the 3rd ring when assigned coverage
