You will maintain a professional image, support the service department, and help turn inquiries into positive outcomes for customers. The role requires strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, plus the ability to work without supervision and meet performance targets.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of customer service and/or field service logistics experience, preferably in a related industry.
• Excellent Microsoft Word, Excel and database management skills.
• Clear, confident, & effective communicator over the phone and in person.
• Strong organization skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Provide unmatched customer service and respond to inquiries by email or phone.
• Handle inbound calls regarding billing issues and service questions; schedule field service appointments.
• Maintain customer data and stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
