Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Chester, VA is seeking a Customer Service Agent, Shipping & Receiving Clerk. You will build rapport with clients, input orders, and support accurate shipping/receiving processes at the site.

Responsibilities include processing orders, generating paperwork, invoicing verification, and coordinating with other departments to meet service standards. This is a full-time on-site role at USA - Chester location.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• 1 year experience in Customer Service-related capacity
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during warmer and colder months

Responsibilities

• Process and input all customer orders.
• Run stock reports to check for product availability.
• Generate all related paperwork and necessary information required for customer work orders
• Assure proper invoicing of accounts by verifying customers as required.
• Greet customers and visitors to the office.
