Job Description

• Work independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors
• Assess customer storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies
• Conduct daily storage unit inspections for inventory and availability
• Manage cash drawers and make bank deposits
• Assist customers with payments, reminders, and collections

Physical Requirements

• Lift/move items up to 35 pounds
• Spend up to 50% of time outdoors, including climbing stairs and opening large doors
• Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and groundskeeping

Qualifications

Experience: Customer service experience in retail, restaurant, fast food, or service industries

Transportation: Valid driver’s license and use of own vehicle for travel (mileage reimbursement available)
